I am very impressed with the bilingual service that Allianz Assurance now operates. A very helpful adviser, Asha, contacted me and provided uptodate information that enabled me to reassess our current insurance and then agree to a more appropriate level of cover. I am not a fluent French speaker although I am able to communicate and understand reasonably effectively however the new service that is now offered simplifies the whole process of ensuring that the insurance offered meets all our needs. A highly professional service!

We have used Osmose Assurance for insurance of our French apartment over many years. They have been helpful and efficient and they always communicate promptly. It has been particularly useful to have an English speaking insurance agency on the rare occasions we have had to make a claim.

Simply brilliant ! I have used them for the last 18 years and the service has been exceptional. They are completely bi-lingual and understand the insurance systems of both France and England. Every claim has been processed promptly and they have done all the hard work and sorted out all the necessary paperwork. I have no idea where their office is, but why would I want to go to an office when they answer the phone and email promptly. They are like a private insurance concierge service
