Très bon accueil de Mme Specq ce jour là à l'agence de Ardres. Personne compétente, très claire dans ses explications. Et aussi très à l'aise dans la procédure informatique. De ce fait, deux contrats d'assurance souscrits lors de ma première visite dans cette agence. Merci à vous.

Having worked with Osmose for over 20 years, I highly rate their insurance agency, particularly the help and advice I have received from Asha Laurent. She has carefully guided me through the technical aspects of insurance cover for my home in France, and whilst I can converse in French it certainly has helped to communicate all in English! The bilingual service is excellent. I tried writing in French but advised I could use English which was helpful and saved time with translation. We have used Osmose Assurance for insurance of our French apartment over many years. They have been helpful and efficient and they always communicate promptly. It has been particularly useful to have an English speaking insurance agency on the rare occasions we have had to make a claim.

Simply brilliant ! I have used them for the last 18 years and the service has been exceptional. They are completely bi-lingual and understand the insurance systems of both France and England. Every claim has been processed promptly and they have done all the hard work and sorted out all the necessary paperwork. I have no idea where their office is, but why would I want to go to an office when they answer the phone and email promptly. They are like a private insurance concierge service

Required a plumber for an urgent repair .necessitated water being turned off.unable to locate reliable plumber here very rural area.contacted insurance and within 24 hours problem solved and seemingly covered.came from adjacent county and is coming back for another outstanding repair which we will pay for happily.desite living here over 20 years cannot get used to insurance doing what it's meant to unlike UK.we have had several very prompt and generous settlements with this company always initially going through the English speaking Ardres office including assistance with the car.thank you.
