Required a plumber for an urgent repair .necessitated water being turned off.unable to locate reliable plumber here very rural area.contacted insurance and within 24 hours problem solved and seemingly covered.came from adjacent county and is coming back for another outstanding repair which we will pay for happily.desite living here over 20 years cannot get used to insurance doing what it's meant to unlike UK.we have had several very prompt and generous settlements with this company always initially going through the English speaking Ardres office including assistance with the car.thank you.

The members of staff are extremely helpful and try to help at every opportunity, ideal for us being mainly English speakers as this is a language that can be used. I highly recommend Osmose assurance and Allianz
