Highly recommended! My wife and I have used Osmose for our insurance in France (home and auto) for over a decade. We both speak French reasonably well, but when it comes to insurance, it is very helpful to be able to ask and answer questions in our native tongue (English). They are always super responsive and proactive. Recently they reached out to us to verify our level in coverage was correct and it resulted in a lower annual charge.

I have been a customer for almost 9 years. I am extremely happy with the service and value for money. As a British immigrant I find it very useful to have an English speaking team that can then interface with the French side of Allianz. It isn't often that there is anything that needs sorting out but when it does it is very reassuring to know that the Osmose team is there to help resolve the matter.
