Samantha est très serviable. Nous l'avons rencontrée pour la première fois il y a un an, lorsque nous avons assuré notre nouvelle maison. Nous ne connaissions rien aux exigences des assurances françaises, car c'était notre première maison. Elle a été polie, attentive et nous a aidés avec le sourire. Cette année, nous sommes repassés pour renouveler notre contrat et apporter quelques modifications. Une fois de plus, nous avons été accueillis avec le même sourire et la même attention. Rien n'était trop difficile et toutes nos questions ont trouvé une réponse. Parfait !

Following a very unsatisfactory experience with my previous insurance company and local agency I contacted Samantha. She reviewed my previous policy, recommended the most appropriate levels of cover and arranged for a full inspection to ensure all was properly insured. A first class level of expertise and customer service! Well done!!

It is always a pleasure to visit the office. The welcome is always warm. Normally I enter, feeling stressed about a matter and moments after, progress has been made and my mind has been changed to positive. I always walk out of the office with a smile on my face and a spring in my step. My visit yesterday was no different and to have the insurance changed, almost instantly, was fantastic.
