Sam is a ‘tour de force’ when it comes to customer service. Her knowledge, skill, and her desire to help and advise are second to none. For nearly two years through problems with my company set up, and as the circumstances changed and changed again, she advised, helped and went out of her way to help me with my company insurance plan.
