Can't recommend Vanessa at Allianz highly enough. She has provided me with amazing customer service and great product advice, all with humour and the patience of a saint.

We would like to thank Vanessa for her prompt service and friendly approach. She is very informative and consistently follows up, either by phone or email, which we truly appreciate. We feel we are in the right hands. Vanessa is a real asset to the company and we can highly recommend her services. Last but not least, her ability to communicate in English has been extremely helpful. We would, however, like to suggest that Allianz consider providing an English summary of documents, similar to what AXA offers.

Thanks to Vanessa Hale, we were able to obtain auto insurance with our US driver's licenses which can be very difficult to accomplish in France. We were in a panic, having purchased a new car and the turned down for auto insurance by AXA. Vanessa's swift response to our request, expertise in the insurance field, experience with expat clients, and fast turnaround of our insurance application was impressive. She is professional, personable, and will now be our agent for all our insurance needs.
