I imported a car from Belgium. Once on French soil I needed to transfer it to French insurance and begin the process of obtaining Carte Gris. I’m competent in French but for a project like this…..“English sure would be nice!” On a recommendation from a friend I contacted Allianz. They issued the temporary insurance and transferred it to permanent policy once my Carte Gris arrived. Communication and Comprehension! Allianz made something slightly complicated easy for me!!!!! Thank you Celine and team!!

I said it before, I'll say it again: this service felt far more engaging with trying and succeeding in creating the best solution under the circumstances of my car insurance. Taking French bureaucracy into account that's not an easy job, so well done. My French works intermittently so speaking English was a relief when forms needed to be completed.
