Excellent company to deal with. Very fast on responses and providing the required information, and for those with limited French speaking abilities they are more than happy to communicate in English. Would highly recommend.

After purchasing a property in France, prior to signing we had to acquire insurance. Via many recommendations, I approached 3 insurance companies Allianz being one of them. Dealing with Steffy and Rebecca who both speaks and write perfect English I forwarded all the information they needed including that the property was a complete refurb. They were prompt in providing me after they rang, speaking on the phone a very good quote for my holiday property. This quote was half that of one of their main competitors and the other company I approached didn't respond to the request for a quote. Although I did leave it for several weeks whilst waiting for a completion date, the price did increase, which I understand, but they did requote again and managed to get very close to the original quote. They also at the time were on a promotion of giving one months free insurance on both this year and next. The paperwork to accept the insurance was easy and painless to sign remotely. I would like to thanks both the ladies for all their assistance and help in making the process easier than I anticipated.
