We first started working with this team almost 7 years ago shortly after moving to France. Back then we had no idea how the insurance process worked here, the terminology used or how things like no claims bonuses could be applied in a different country. From the very start this team always answered any question we had, and for us as then new arrivals to France- amazingly in English! This was a real assistance when learning a new language and trying to work out what we needed to do. Our personal assistant/ contact within this team, Rebecca, has helped and guided us through a whole minefield of different things over the years from no claims discounts, to new cars, new quotes and even getting children put on the policy as new learner drivers. Always a 5 star service. Thanks Rebecca and team.
