Having contacted Allianz Assurance ERNEE for insurance on a rented property, they promptly responded, and my contact was Céline who provided all of the initial information to begin the process. Now, as I am a non French speaker and had a couple of queries, I then spoke with Anna, who proceeded to provide a clear instructions of requirements and the next steps. Anna was very professional, engaging and informative. All in all, a very simple and quick process made stress and hassle free by the excellent service I received from both Céline and Anna.
