Very helpful, even to the extent of arranging for a call back from a native English speaker when things got 'confused'!

Imported another car to France and had it insured (again) at Allianz ERNEE. Most of the staff speak English which is great, because my French is not at the proper level. All of the staff are very kind and helpful. Anna Horton has always been an absolute delight. She is a skilled professional and has always been of great help to get the proper insurance. She takes the time to listen to your needs, she is punctual and getting a car insured is done in no time at all. I highly recommend this agency and I wish all of you a great weekend.

I have found Allainz.FR to be extremely helpful and their assistance saved a lot of time and they were very cost effective. Anna the Allainz Rep dealing with myself was great. I am with Allainz at home too. I'd thoroughly recommend their services. John.

Had a great experience organising Motor insurance, so good in fact that I arranged Motorcycle Insurance as well. Good price insurance with nothing hidden. Fantastic friendly team.

Very helpful having an English -speaking service to arrange French car insurance - whilst I have a reasonable grasp of French, it would have been hard to sort otherwise. In particular, Anna was very helpful in putting together a competitive quote and I would highly recommend Allianz to other ex-pat/english-speaking customers

Excellent Service from Anna Horton at ALLIANZ ERNEE I found ALLIANZ ERNEE online while looking for an insurer that understood the specific needs of a UK resident owning a flat as a secondary residence in France. Anna was extremely helpful from the start. She took the time to explain everything clearly during our phone conversation and followed up promptly by email with all the necessary information. The entire process was efficient, professional, and straightforward. What impressed me most was how quickly everything was handled. All the paperwork was completed and sorted within 24 hours, making the experience completely stress-free. I highly recommend Anna and ALLIANZ ERNEE for their excellent customer service, clear communication, and fast turnaround. A truly outstanding experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
