Having found it very difficult to insure my UK registered vehicle whilst going through the French registration process, the team at Allianz were like a breath of fresh air. They were quick to respond to my initial enquiry and communication was great throughout. All documents were approved quickly by email and I’m really grateful for the help and guidance given by Ana & Céline.

Allianz Ernee was the only insurance company which came back to me after an online request for a quote. I spoke to a few members of staff, they all speak perfect English and they are specialised in dealing with non French residents who own a home in France. Very good communication and made the process very easy.

Celine has been brilliant at helping to insure my house in France. Communication has been very good. I have just saved money compared to my previous insurer. I am very happy to recommend.

Highly recommend using Allianz and contacting Rebecca ESCOS if you need help. Rebecca speaks English, so she was super helpful as my French language skills are a work in progress. Not sure how I would have figured everything out without her. I have my renters insurance and now my mutuelle through Allianz.

From the time I completed the online form requesting a quote for my car insurance I have received exceptional customer service from the person who answered the phone to Sam, Anna and Celine who dealt with my quote. Their combined knowledge, helpfulness and understanding has made the whole process of renewing my car insurance in France much less stressful. The fact that I can speak to someone in English is huge as although I speak a small amount of french (I am having lessons) it is not good enough when it comes to important legal documents. I was also unaware that you did a hand holding service for registering my car in France and although I didn't use your service which was very affordable this was due to very tight time scales and to be honest wanted someone to do it for me! I would definitely recommend you to friends who may also be in the same position. All in all a fantastic 5 star service! Thank you so much!
